Join the Team
At BMTS, every run counts. Our drivers keep NHS laboratories running and patients receiving their medication. Our office team keeps everything moving behind the scenes. If you're reliable, motivated, and want to do work that genuinely makes a difference — we want to hear from you.
Why BMTS
We're a specialist medical courier — not a parcel service. Our work directly supports the NHS and the patients it serves. That means a higher standard of professionalism, and a team that takes real pride in what they do.
Every delivery you make supports a clinical team or a patient. Pathology samples, lifesaving medications, blood products — what we do has a direct impact on patient outcomes.
Shifts are allocated fairly and rotated across the team. We operate seven days a week including bank holidays, with an on-call rota so the workload is shared evenly across the team.
You'll work with our proprietary BMTS platform — a purpose-built system for tracking, logging, and managing every job. No paper forms, no outdated systems.
Free on-site parking provided. No hunting for spaces at the start of a shift.
A small, close-knit operation where you're known by name — not a number. Our dispatch and office teams are there to support drivers throughout every shift.
Salary is competitive and reflects the specialist nature of the work. We're not a parcel courier — and our pay reflects that.
